The Department of Nursing started education in 1996 with the establishment of Çanakkale School of Health. Our School, which continued its academic activities in its old building in the city center from 1996 to 2011, has been continuing its education and training activities in its new building in Terzioğlu Campus since 2011.

The Department of Nursing; it aims to train nurses who are equipped with contemporary professional knowledge and skills, have ethical rules and values, and protect these ethical values. In the department; within the framework of international relations, agreements were signed with nursing schools in Portugal, Croatia and Finland, and 2 students were sent to Croatia and Finland through exchange programs. Additionally, within the framework of the Farabi Exchange Program, student exchanges were made with Ordu University, Uludağ University, Orhangazi University, Adnan Menderes University, Ahi Evran University, Çoruh University and Bülent Ecevit University. In addition, our students are supported to participate in various national and international scientific activities and student congresses, and our students show their academic success by receiving awards on these platforms.
