As part of their Social Responsibility course, nursing students conducted a hygiene education event for children at the ÇOMÜ Nursery on April 29, 2026.

During the event, nursing students explained the importance of personal hygiene habits to children using fun and educational methods. The training, particularly focusing on handwashing and cleanliness habits, was tailored to the children's age level.

To increase the children's interest, a hygiene-themed theatrical performance was presented. The play, prepared with colorful costumes and educational content, was watched with great interest by the young students. Throughout the event, dancing to music further enhanced the children's learning experience.

This event, which had both educational and social aspects, aimed to raise children's awareness of hygiene, while also providing nursing students with the opportunity to gain experience in community health education.
