A webinar was organized on April 29, 2026, as part of the Nurses' Day event by Dr. Gülnur AKKAYA and Research Assistant Dr. Duygu GÜL, faculty members of the Nursing Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Health Sciences. The first speaker, Prof. Dr. Şeyda Seren İNTEPELER from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Nursing, discussed "Patient and Employee Safety." The second speaker, Prof. Dr. Serap ALTUNTAŞ from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department, addressed "Organizational Behavior and Nursing." Finally, Prof. Dr. Sergül DUYGULU from Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing spoke on "Our Nurses, Our Future: Empowered Nurses Save Lives."

This event, made possible with the contributions of expert academics in their fields, was listened to with great interest by our students and significantly contributed to the development of their professional knowledge and awareness.
