The Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University organized a panel titled "Empowered Nurse, Empowered Care" on May 12th, Nursing Week, in line with the International Council of Nurses' 2026 theme.

The event addressed the strengthening of the nursing profession, improving the quality of care, and professional development processes. The panel, featuring presentations by academics and students, emphasized the importance of scientific research and clinical practice.

At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to students and their advisors involved in TÜBİTAK projects, mentor nurses who provided support in clinical practice, and contributing speakers.
