On March 31, 2026, a meaningful and colorful event was held at the Children's Ward of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) Health Application and Research Hospital, with the contributions of our 3rd-year Nursing students.

As part of the event, our students created fun moments for the children receiving treatment in the ward with balloons and colorful materials; transforming their little hearts into a rainbow and bringing smiles to their faces. This event, aimed at increasing the morale and motivation of the children receiving treatment in the ward, was met with great satisfaction by both the children and their families.

We would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Yılmaz Kurt and Dr. Tanju Oğul, faculty members of the ÇOMÜ Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, who spearheaded the realization of this meaningful organization, as well as all the students who voluntarily participated in the event, the children, and their families.

We believe that such events, which contribute to the well-being of our children, reflect the humane and holistic care approach of the nursing profession; we thank everyone involved once again.
