Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Rector Prof. Dr. With the support of Sedat MURAT, Simulation Supported Nursing Education Laboratory was established in the Faculty of Health Sciences.The laboratory, which was established to improve the quality of nursing education, was designed as a practice room and an observation room. The first part of the laboratory is the application section, which includes a high-reality adult patient simulator that allows nursing interventions on real patients to be carried out as close to reality as possible. The second part was organized as the observation part, which allows a large group of students to watch all the training and practices carried out on the simulator with video and audio. With the support of this laboratory, our students will have the opportunity to develop their nursing knowledge and skills in the laboratory environment through scenarios prepared in accordance with their learning objectives, before going into clinical practice. Thus, it is aimed to graduate nurses who can combine theory and practice, actively participate in the learning process, think critically and gain effective problem-solving skills.
